    Is a Mawady account required to place an order?

    You can either sign up on Mawady with your e-mail address or shop as a guest on the site. we recommend that you register for a Mawady account so that you can enjoy the benefits of a wish list and Register with us for future convenience:

    What if I forget my password?

    It’s easy to reset your password on Mawady. Just follow the instructions on the ‘forgot password’ link.

    Can I place an order over the phone?

    Our Team is just a call away to help you place your order through website. They can be reached at +965-9800 3309 Saturdays through Thursdays from 8:00am – 5:00pm.

    Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

    You may cancel your order, change the size of items purchased or your shipping details before your order has been dispatched. however, any of these changes will not be possible post-dispatch. if you wish to add more items to an order, you may place a new order.

    When will I receive my item & how can I track delivery?

    After your order is confirmed, it will be packaged and be on its way to you. we try to achieve this within a business day.

    Which destinations are serviceable?

    All places in Kuwait are serviceable. So, feel free to place your order from anywhere in Kuwait.

    Can I place an order and ship it to multiple addresses?

    You can specify one address for an order however, if you wish to ship to multiple addresses you can mention the address and it can be delivered to multiple address.

    Payment & Security

    Which payment methods do you accept?

    You can make a payment on Mawady using a credit or a debit card (Knet) or Cash on Delivery. Please note that we don’t support payments through PayPal or cheque.

    How secure are my payments?

    We don’t store any of your card or payment details anywhere. Our transactions are processed through Knet and CyberSource through NBK (National Bank of Kuwait). We also use advanced server security software with SSL encryption to provide a secure transmission of your card details. Trusted, legally authorized partners are responsible for ensuring that your payment details remain secure during the transaction.

    Delivery

    Will I be charged for Delivery?

    Delivery is free if the shipment value exceeds 8 KD. A delivery charge of 2KD applies for deliveries for order values below 8 KD.

    Do you offer same day delivery?

    You can enjoy same day delivery if you place an order before 3pm on a business day in Kuwait. The order will be delivered to you the next business day if placed after 3pm.

    The delivery time committed for my order is over now. What do I do?

    We suggest you call our customer care @ +965 9800 3309 or write us on marketing@mawady.com and we will contact you with a possible solution at the earliest.

    What if I am not available at address when the logistic team of Mawady tried to deliver the order?

    Mawady’s logistic team will make no less than 3 attempts to deliver you the order at your address.

    Return & exchange

    What is your returns policy?

    Customers can raise an exchange or return request of a product within 24 hours of its delivery Check List Please make sure that the product are returned with the tags and packaging intact, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. Refund/Replacement shall be issued after a thorough quality check of the product(s)

    How do I return an item?

    You can return products purchased from Mawady within 24 hours of their delivery.

    How long the refund of return will take?

    We make every effort to simplify the return process Once the return request is being placed, our field executive will visit your premise for the pickup of the return item(s) within 24 hours. Refund will be initiated within 48 hours after the item is received back to warehouse and quality check is done. Takes usually 4 to 7 business days.

    What if I receive a damaged item?

    Mawady efforts are always to ensure that you receive your order in perfect shape; however, there may be occasions when a product is damaged. In that case, you please contact our customer care immediately call +965-9800 3309 or write at marketing@mawady.com. If Possible include the pictures of the damaged item while writing to us to help us address the problem quickly.

    No registering does not automatically subscribe you to our newsletter.
