    1.         How long will it take to deliver my product?

    On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order. Normally the product will reach you within 24 hours.

    1.        The delivery time committed for my order is over now. What do I do?

    We suggest you call our customer care representative or write us on marketing@mawady.com and we will contact you with a possible solution at the earliest.        I was not at home when the logistic team of mawady tried to deliver the order. How can I get my order?The logistic team will make no less than 3 attempts to deliver you the order at your address.

    1.        What is mawady’s return and exchange policy?

    Customers can raise an exchange or return request of a product within 24 hours of its deliveryCheck listPlease make sure that the product are returned with the tags and packaging intact, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. Refund/Replacement shall be issued after a thorough quality check of the product(s)

    We make every effort to simplify the return process Once the return request is been placed, our field executive will visit your premise for the pickup of the return item(s) within 24 hoursRefund will be initiated within 48 hours after the item is received at our ware house and quality check is done. Takes usually 4 to 7 working days.
